POLICIES

ORDERING: You may order via our secured web site anytime. You may call our toll free order number at 1.800.735.GIFT (4438) during business hours. You may fax an order to 970.586.0325.



METHODS OF PAYMENT:

PERSONAL CHECKS are accepted. Make payable to Intrigue Gift Shop and mail to PO Box 2147 Estes Park, CO 80517. Items are not shipped until the check clears the bank, which can take up to 2 weeks.



MONEY ORDERS are accepted. Make payable and mail to: Intrigue Gift Shop PO Box 2147 Estes Park, CO 80517.



CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS Visa, Master Card, and Discover are the cards we accept. We do not accept American Express.



LAYAWAY: If the order is $100 or more, it may be placed on a 90 day layaway. We require 25% nonrefundable down payment of the total value of the purchase to hold the item(s). We can automatically charge your card once a month or you can send payments in the mail. After 90 days, customers will be notified of the deadline and payment arrangements will be made. We do not charge a fee for this service.

SHIPPING: We ship within the continental USA (upper 48 states) Monday through Friday with Fed Ex Ground. Free shipping within the continential USA if order is $90 or more (going to one address). All orders below $90 are only $8.99. Insurance is included with the shipping cost(see below for details about the deadlines for damage claims). Signature Required is $2.00 extra.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: Overnight, 2 Day, 3 Day, or Saturday delivery are available options at an additional cost. Surcharges will be quoted and your approval is needed before the order is processed. If you require express shipping, please call us before placing your order, or you may request it at check out in the "special instructions" box. We will not process your order until you have approved the express shipping costs.

ORDER PROCESSING: We make every attempt to package your order and ship it the same day or within 24 hours. If an item is not instock or sold out, we will contact you. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may take 3 days or more to process before they ship.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY: Sorry, we do not ship internationally.

TAXES: We do not collect tax on orders shipped out of the State of Colorado. Items shipped within Colorado will be charged 2.9% tax, within Larimer County, CO add 3.7% tax, and within Estes Park, CO add 7.7% tax.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES: We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. We will refund the cost of the product(s) minus the actual original shipping charge. Shipping and insurance of the product back to the store is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that if the product is broken when it is returned to us, we will not issue a refund, the customer will have to process a claim with the shipping company they used. Please save all original packaging and contact our store for a Return Authorization Number. We do not accept packages without a Return Authorization Number.

We also allow exchanges within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Please contact us for instructions if you would like to exchange or return an item. Exchanged or Returned merchandise must have all original paper work and the collector's box must not be damaged.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: We are careful and cautious when we package your order. If it arrives damaged, we ask that you contact us within 5 days after the shipment has been delivered to insure your right to make a claim. It is important to save the original packaging and all information. Please re-package the shipment. Once you have notified us, we will completely handle the process with Fed Ex Claims at no cost to you. You will be responsible to make available the broken package to Fed Ex within 15 days after you received the shipment (Fed Ex will come to your address to retrieve the box). If you do not allow Fed Ex to retrieve the broken shipment within 15 days, you will not have the right to make a claim. Please contact us with questions or concerns.
