Imago is the result of imagination and creation; conceiving an idea, then giving that idea form.
Imago is the juxtaposition of form and color.
Imago is a tension created by the blending of organic and mechanical forms.
Imago attempts to capture the harmonious balance between unity and variety; the one and the many.
Imago attempts to visually communicate the dramatic contrast of light and shadow.
The Imago collection was introduced in late 2005. There are four Mill Creek Studios artists whose talents have come together to create this new, contemporary and inspiring collection and they are: Stephen Herrero, Randall Reading, Joseph Slockbower, David Morales and Lawrence R. Oliver.
Each piece is made of alabastrite (crushed alabaster and resin mix), and painted with fine acrylics, then given a high gloss finish.
